Ertapenem for injection

Reconstitute the contents of a 1 g vial of INVANZ with 10 mL of one of the following: Water for Injection, 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection or Bacteriostatic Water for Injection. 2. Shake well to dissolve and immediately transfer contents of the reconstituted vial to 50 mL of 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection.

Doripenem for injection

Doribax 500mg Injection is an antibiotic that’s usually only given in the hospital for serious infections. It is given by a drip into a vein (intravenous infusion) over 20 to 60 minutes. In severe cases, it may be given slowly for 3 to 4 hours by intravenous infusion.

Vancomycin 1gm

To reduce microbiological hazards, the solution should be used as soon as practicable after reconstitution. At the time of use, the 500 milligram (500,000 IU) vial should be reconstituted with 10 mL of Water for Injections.

Polymyxin B for injection

 polymyxin B units in 2 mL sterile water for injection or sodium chloride injection or procaine hydrochloride injection 1%. Adults and children: 25,000 to 30,000 units/kg/day. This should be reduced in the presence of renal impairment. The dosage may be divided and given at either 4 or 6 hour intervals.

Teicoplanin for injection

Teicoplanin is used in the treatment of severe bacterial infections. It treats infections of skin & soft tissues, blood, heart, bones and lungs (pneumonia). Teicoplanin is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from forming the bacterial protective covering (cell wall) which is needed for them to survive.

Tigecycline for injection

Tigecycline is administered only by intravenous infusion over 30 to 60 minutes (see sections 4.4 and 6.6). Tigecycline should be preferably administered over a 60-minute length of infusion in paediatric patients (see section 4.4).

Clarithromycin for injection

Clarithromycin is used to treat certain bacterial infections, such as pneumonia (a lung infection), bronchitis (infection of the tubes leading to the lungs), and infections of the ears, sinuses, skin, and throat.

Azithromycin for injection

Azithromycin injection is used to treat bacterial infections in many different parts of the body. It is also used to prevent Mycobacterium avium complex (MAC) disease in patients infected with the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Azithromycin belongs to the class of drugs known as macrolide antibiotics
