Vincristine is a chemotherapy drug that belongs to a group of drugs called vinca alkaloids. Vincristine works by stopping the cancer cells from separating into 2 new cells. So, it stops the growth of the cancer.

Pemetrexed injection is used in combination with pembrolizumab and platinum cancer medicines to treat metastatic (cancer that has spread) non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with no EGFR or ALK gene mutations. It is also used together with cisplatin to treat advanced or metastatic, non-squamous NSCLC.

Decitabine is used to treat myelodysplastic syndrome (a group of conditions in which the bone marrow produces blood cells that are misshapen and does not produce enough healthy blood cells). Decitabine is in a class of medications called hypomethylation agents.

Bortezomib injection is used to treat multiple myeloma (blood plasma cell cancer) in patients with or without a previous history of treatment, and mantle cell lymphoma. Bortezomib is an antineoplastic agent (cancer medicine). It interferes with the growth of cancer cells, which are eventually destroyed by the body.

Methotrexate injection is used alone or together with other medicines to treat several types of cancer, such as breast, head and neck, lung, blood, bone, lymph node, and uterus cancers.

Epirubicin injection is used together with other cancer medicines to treat breast cancer in patients who have had surgery to remove the tumor. Epirubicin belongs to the group of medicines called antineoplastics. It interferes with the growth of cancer cells, which are eventually destroyed.

Etoposide is used in combination with other medications to treat a certain type of lung cancer (small cell lung cancer; SCLC). Etoposide is in a class of medications known as podophyllotoxin derivatives. It works by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells in your body.

Fosaprepitant injection is used with other medicines to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by cancer treatment (chemotherapy). It acts in the brain to prevent nausea.

Zoledronic acid injection is also used to treat Paget’s disease of the bone in men and women. It is also used in men with osteoporosis and in women with osteoporosis who have gone through menopause. This medicine is used to reduce the risk of having more fractures in patients who have had a recent hip fracture.
